Account and cloud data

StudyPilot uses Supabase for account authentication, profiles, friend relationships, study statistics and usage records. Verification and recovery messages are sent through the configured email service. Hosted StudyPilot services verify account access and enforce AI plan limits.

Answers and AI processing

When you request marking or generation, relevant source material and your answers are sent to the hosted StudyPilot API and its AI provider, FreeTheAI. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in submitted work. Hosted requests may retain results to prevent duplicate charges and support retries.

Local storage

Saved study work is stored on your PC. Account tokens are kept in the operating system credential vault. Uninstalling the app keeps local study work unless you remove it separately.

Payments

Payment details are entered in PayPal’s checkout, not StudyPilot’s answer editor or database. StudyPilot stores subscription identifiers and verified payment state. Live checkout is enabled; payment details are handled by PayPal.

For data-access or deletion requests, contact studypilottmp@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership. This website does not include advertising trackers. Optional account sign-in uses Supabase; the browser tab keeps its session in session storage until sign-out or the tab is closed. Admin actions require server authorization and an authenticator.
